  1. What a combination, pairing the shoe w/matching brooch is fantastic – works so perfectly. I like the sense that these shoes have a Victorian feel, and yet take us right into the modern day with the heel and symmetrical design. The wrapped fabric give the shoe substance in strength and grace. Wonderful color choices ~

    • That Victorian vibe was the theme for this design, brooches where iconic jewelry pieces to wear at that time and of course drapping of fabrics like velvet was very popular.
